My name is Lucy Chico, I am a Licensed Real Estate agent for Century 21 Harman Realty

and I have been a Realtor for the most part of my life.

While I have other skillsets, Real Estate has always been my passion. My husband and I have always worked together to provide our clients with the best possible experience

when it came to buying or selling a home.

As we transitioned into the new digital era, I noticed a big gap in certain strategies and processes where I saw the oportunity to innovate and really put my business at the top. I saw a need to migrate my efforts to the digital world, and because of this I hired my son David to assist in the develpment process.

David has worked for the travel industry for over 13 years and is currently an Operations Manager for a very successfull Marketing and Consultancy company. He is highly experienced in DIgital Marketing, Social Media Outreach and Sales.

We combined all our talents, skills and experience and

Chico Services Inc´s Toolbox was born.

I was the first one to implement it for myself as a Realtor.

I saw fist hand the results from all our efforts and suddenly

I had more clients than I could handle.

I soon found myself partnering up with preferred lenders, credit repair agents plus other colleagues in order to keep up with the increased volume of potential buyers.

This is when I realized how useful our project was and saw the impact

it could have for other Realtors and Business Owners.
